This is a letter from the QA department to the purchasing department:

I just finished a first article on some 8-950015-01 housings from Grindley which were previously done in the MS (Eldec's Machine Shop).  As I have come to expect from Grindley, they were exceptional.  The parts were very clean and completely free of burrs, even in the thread area where the groove is machined.  I inspected them under 15X magnification and could find no trace of burr.  I don't know how they do it.  The parts passed through a ring thread gage smooth as silk.
